摘 要:青海省高程基准点分布十分不均匀,尤其是距离国道、省道较远的县城,缺少高精度二等水准点,极大地制约了全省测绘成果的共享使用。为了减少高原地质气候条件给二等水准测量带来的不良影响,本文尝试采用了各种技术方法完成了全省二等水准网的建设工作。结果表明,这些技术方法有效解决了上述问题,可为其他高原地区开展高程基准网建设提供一些新思路。The uneven distribution of vertical datum points in Qinghai Province,especially the lack of accurate second order datum points in counties far from national and provincial highways greatly restricts the sharing and use of surveying and mapping results throughout the Province.In order to reduce the adverse effects of plateau geological and climatic conditions on second order leveling,various technical methods have been used in this paper to complete the construction of the provincial second order leveling network.The results show that these technical methods have effectively solved the above problems,and provided some new ideas for the construction of vertical datum networks in other plateau areas.
