摘　　要：房地一体调查是宅基地和房屋的一体化调查,采用全站仪+内业矢量绘图的传统作业方式,不仅工作量大、效率低,而且项目周期较长、成本较高。为了减少内、外业工作量,提高工作效率,本文结合倾斜摄影测量的技术优势,通过开发程序解决了三维采集软件与建库出图软件地类编码不一致问题,实现了自动化批量生成土地权属来源和不动产登记申请表等成果,探索出了一种房地一体建库出图的自动化生产方案。The integrated surveying of rural housing and land is a comprehensive surveying that combines the survey of rural housing and that of the land used for building a rural house.The traditional method that using total station and vector creating in the office is not only time-consuming and inefficiency,but also resulting in long working cycles and much costs.In order to reduce the workloads and improve efficiency,this paper solves the problem of inconsistent land classification coding between 3D data collection software and cadastral mapping software by combining the advantages of oblique photogrammetry and developing a program.It enables automatic batch generation of such outputs as land ownership sources and real estate registration application forms,and provides an automatic solution for integrated rural housing and land mapping and database construction.
