摘　　要：为了有效处理当前不动产登记长期积累的海量、多源、异构的存量数据,提高不动产登记管理效率,需对不动产登记存量数据开展整合建库工作。本文以不动产登记存量房地数据为例,深入分析数据现状,提出数据整合建库的技术路线,并重点介绍整合建库过程中涉及的具体步骤,实现了不动产登记存量房地数据的入库工作,以期为其他城市在不动产登记存量房地数据整合建库方面的工作提供实践经验和参考依据。In order to effectively process massive,multi-source,and heterogeneous stock data accumulated in current real estate registration and improve the efficiency of real estate registration stock management,it is necessary to carry out data integration and storage in real estate registration.Hence,this paper takes the real estate registration stock data as an example,furtherly analyzes the current status of the data,and proposes a technical route for data integration and storage.It highlights the specific steps in the integration and storage to realize real estate registration stock data storage.It is hoped that the method proposed in this paper can provide practical experiences and useful references for related works of integrating and storage of real estate registration stock data in other cities.
