摘　　要：经皮椎体成形术是治疗椎体骨折及溶骨性转移瘤的主要手术方式。虽然该项技术已被临床广泛使用,但近期报道了越来越多的并发症,其中骨水泥渗漏导致的心脏破裂及肺栓塞,极其罕见且非常严重。本文报道了1例经皮椎体成形术后骨水泥导致心脏破裂及肺动脉栓塞的病例。Percutaneous vertebroplasty is the main surgical therapeutic procedure for vertebral fractures and osteolytic metastases.Although the technique has been widely used clinically,recent studies have reported an increasing number of complications.Heart rupture and pulmonary embolism caused by bone cement leakage are the extremely rare and serious complications.We herein present a case of cardiac rupture and pulmonary embolism caused by bone cement after percutaneous vertebroplasty.
