摘 要:无人化植物工厂生产过程中,种植盘清洗循环利用是保证作物产量和质量的重要环节。针对植物工厂成套装备特性,采用刷洗+冲洗联动方式,搭建种植盘清洗试验装置,研究最佳清洗参数。以清洗压力、输送速度、毛刷丝径、毛刷转速为试验因素,以清洁度为评价指标,进行4因素3水平的正交试验。结果表明,影响清洗效果的主次顺序依次是清洗压力、毛刷丝径、毛刷转速、输送速度。当最佳清洗参数为清洗压力50 Hz(对应280 kPa)、输送速度7 m/min,毛刷丝径0.8 mm、毛刷转速400 r/min时,清洁度达到99.65%,清洗效果最佳,满足无人化植物工厂生产需求。本试验可为无人化植物工厂清洗机的研制提供技术参数依据。In the production process of unmanned plant factory,the cleaning and recycling of planting plate is an important link to ensure the yield and quality of crops.According to the characteristics of the complete set of equipment in the plant factory,a test device for planting plate cleaning was built by using the brushing and washing linkage method to study the best cleaning parameters.Taking the cleaning pressure,conveying speed,brush wire diameter and brush rotation speed as the test factors and the cleanliness as the evaluation index,the orthogonal test of 4 factors and 3 levels was carried out.The results show that the primary and secondary order affecting the cleaning effect is cleaning pressure,brush wire diameter,brush rotation speed,and conveying speed.When the optimal cleaning parameters are cleaning pressure of 50 Hz,conveying speed of 7 m/min,brush wire diameter of 0.8 mm,brush speed of 400 r/min,the cleanliness reaches 99.65%,and the cleaning effect is the best.These parameters meet the production requirements of unmanned plant factory.This test provides technical parameter basis for the development of cleaning machine in unmanned plant factory.
