摘 要:在设施农业生产中,为提高LED植物光源的混光调整精度和补光效率,该文设计了一种基于多元控制策略的LED植物光源智能控制系统。本系统采用一种基于红、蓝和白3种芯片集成LED灯珠,通过仿真设计获得了线性光源的灯珠阵列最优排列,提高受照面上光照度的均匀度。采用可调恒流和脉冲宽度调制结合的方式设计了一套多元控制的LED植物光源调控模组,实现光质的多通道驱动独立控制。通过实验结果表明,本套智能调控系统的调光精度达到98%以上,且当占空比达到80%时系统驱动效率达到90%。本研究结果可实现按植物生长所需精准调控光质配比、光量子通量密度的同时,也提高了光能利用效率,具有节能降耗的效果,为植物人工光源的精准调控提供了参考,具有广泛的应用价值。In order to enhance the precision of light mixing adjustment and the efficiency of supplementary lighting in LED plant light sources used in facility agriculture production,this paper designs an intelligent control system of LED plant light source based on a multiple unit control strategy.This system uses an integrated LED lamp beads comprising red,blue,and white chips.The optimal arrangement of the linear array of light sources bead is achieved through simulation optimization design,improving the uniformity of illumination on the irradiated surface.A multi-component control module for LED plant light source is designed by combining adjustable constant current and pulse width modulation techniques,enabling independent control of multi-channel light quality.The experimental results shows that the dimming accuracy of the intelligent system exceeds 98%,and achieves 90%driving efficiency with an 80%duty cycle.The results of this study can meet the demands of precise regulation of light quality ratio and photon flux density required by plant growth,while also improving the efficiency of light energy utilization,energy savings and consumption reduction.It provides a reference for the accurate regulation of plant artificial light source,which has a wide range of application value.
