高层建筑外墙真石漆免抹灰技术及应用

摘　　要：本文通过实际工程项目,总结出高层建筑外墙真石漆免抹灰施工方法,该方法采用真石漆对建筑外表面进行喷涂,可避免外墙抹灰所产生的抹灰层脱落、开裂等工程问题,且该施工工艺可产生良好的外墙装饰效果,免去外墙抹灰工序,显著缩短施工进度,降低工程成本,此外真石漆喷涂方式亦可使外墙色泽更为美观,具有较好的装饰效果,经济效益和社会效益显著。Through practical projects,this paper su mmarizes the plaster-free construction method of real stone paint for exterior walls of high-rise buildings.This method uses real stone paint to spray the exterior surface of the building,which can avoid engineering problems such as plaster layer falling off and cracking caused by external plaster.Moreover,this construction process can produce good exterior wall decoration effect,eliminate the external plaster process,and significantly shorten the construction progress.In addition,the real stone paint spraying method can also make the exterior wall color more beautiful,has a better decorative effect,and has significant economic and social benefits.
