摘　　要：注水泵是油田生产中应用较为广泛的一种机械设备,承担着油田注水的重要任务。针对不同型号的注水泵维修,现有技术缺乏通用型组合工具实现对阀体、阀片、柱塞、填料导向环等部件的拆装。本文介绍一种通用型注水泵维修组合工具,可以实现对不同型号的注水泵维修,操作省时省力,安全可靠,保证注水效率。Water injection pump is a kind of mechanical equipment widely used in oil field production,which undertakes the important task of oil field water injection.In view of the maintenance of different types of water injection pump,there is no general combination tool to achieve the disassembly and assembly of valve body,valve plate,plunger,packing guide ring and other components in the existing technology Through the development and application of a general injection pump maintenance combination tool to realize the maintenance of different types of injection pump,the operation is time-saving,labor-saving,safe and reliable,and ensure the efficiency of injection water.
