摘  要:本文研究了一种电缆自动盘卷装置,通过支撑座、马达和手柄的结构设计,实现对电缆的自动收卷。该装置包括支撑座、马达和手柄,支撑座上部焊接两组支撑板,通过轴承转动安装第一辊轴和第二辊轴,第一辊轴和第二辊轴之间焊接收卷辊。马达通过联轴器与第一辊轴相连,驱动第一辊轴和收卷辊转动。手柄通过插接块和插接槽的设计,实现了手动收卷功能。此外,还设置了阻尼转轴和毛刷,用于保持电缆的清洁和稳定收卷。该装置结构简单、操作方便,能够提高电缆收卷的质量和效率。This article studies an automatic cable winding device,which achieves automatic cable winding through the structural design of the support seat,motor,and handle.The device includes a support seat,a motor,and a handle.The upper part of the support seat is welded with two sets of support plates.The first and second roller shafts are installed by rotating bearings,and a winding roller is welded between the first and second roller shafts.The motor is connected to the first roller shaft through a coupling,driving the rotation of the first roller shaft and the winding roller.The handle is designed with insertion blocks and slots to achieve manual winding function.In addition,a damping shaft and brush are also installed to maintain the cleanliness and stable winding of the cable.The device has a simple structure and convenient operation,which can improve the quality and efficiency of cable winding.
