摘　　要：冶金工程作为国民经济的重要支柱之一,其项目建设往往涉及巨额投资、长期施工周期以及复杂的工艺流程,这些特点使冶金工程项目在建设过程中面临多种风险。基于此,本文分析了冶金工程项目建设风险原因及源头,探讨了冶金工程项目建设风险控制与管理的重要性以及风险管理的具体内容,提出了风险控制的有效措施,以期为冶金工程项目的风险控制与管理提供参考和借鉴。Metallurgical engineering,as one of the important pillars of the national economy,often involves huge investments,long-term construction periods,and complex process flows in its project construction.These characteristics make metallurgical engineering projects face various risks during the construction process.Based on this,this article analyzes the risks of metallurgical engineering project construction,explores the importance of risk control and management in metallurgical engineering project construction,and proposes risk control measures for metallurgical engineering project construction,in order to provide reference and guidance for the management of metallurgical engineering projects.
