摘　　要：适航管理知识是民用直升机研发企业进行适航性设计以及中国民用航空局进行适航审查的主要依据和基础。本文对当前CAAC适航管理业务知识体系进行研究,提出一种适用于民用直升机研发企业的适航管理业务知识管理方法,旨在帮助民用直升机研发企业高效管理适航管理业务知识,确保企业适航管理知识的有效性、完整性、来源可靠性以及可追溯性。在此基础上,根据适航管理知识的特点,对其进行规范化分类和建模,建立一种适用于民用直升机研发企业适航管理知识的可靠描述方法,能够初步实现企业对适航管理知识的有效分类和建模,并以此建立适用于企业的适航管理知识数据库,从而有效提升企业适航管理业务知识的处理效率和质量。Aviation management knowledge is the main basis and basis for civil helicopter R&D enterprises to carry out airworthiness design and the Civil Aviation Administration of China to conduct airworthiness review.This paper studies the current CAAC airworthiness management business knowledge system,and proposes a seaworthiness management business knowledge management method suitable for civil helicopter R&D enterprises,aiming to help civil helicopter R&D enterprises efficiently manage airworthiness management business knowledge and ensure the validity,integrity,source reliability and traceability of enterprise airworthiness management knowledge.On this basis,according to the characteristics of airworthiness management knowledge,it is standardized and modeled,and a reliable description method suitable for the airworthiness management knowledge of civil helicopter R&D enterprises is established,which can initially realize the effective classification and modeling of airworthiness management knowledge by enterprises,and establish a airworthiness management knowledge database suitable for enterprises,so as to effectively improve the processing efficiency and quality of airworthiness management business knowledge of enterprises.
