摘　　要：随着中国经济的迅猛崛起和全球化浪潮的不断推进,中国民营企业对外直接投资(OFDI)已成为其开拓国际市场、优化资源配置的关键手段。剖析中国民营企业积极“走出去”的内在动因,以及在这一过程中所采取的多元化投资路径,为民营企业提供科学的决策依据和实用的操作指南,助力其在激烈的国际竞争中稳健前行,实现可持续发展。With the rapid rise of the Chinese economy and the continuous promotion of globalization,Chinese private enterprises’outward direct investment(OFDI)has become a key means for them to explore international markets and optimize resource allocation,increasingly demonstrating their important position in the global economic landscape.This article provides an in-depth analysis of the internal motivations behind Chinese private enterprises’actively going global,as well as the diversifi ed investment paths adopted in this process.Through systematic theoretical analysis and empirical research,it is expected to provide scientifi c decision-making basis and practical operational guidelines for private enterprises’aspiring to expand overseas markets,helping them to steadily move forward in fi erce international competition and achieve sustainable development.
