摘  要:在全球化和信息化的时代背景下,教育公平与教学质量提升成为世界各国共同关注的议题。随着大规模开放在线课程(MOOCs,即慕课)的兴起,教育领域正经历着前所未有的变革。作为教育国际合作的重要平台,中俄两国在高等教育领域的合作日益紧密,特别是慕课应用的探索,为促进教育公平、提升教学质量开辟了新路径。中俄高校慕课合作应立足当前最先进技术,通过内容的创新设计,以适当的方法及评价引领教师教学改革及学生创新能力的培养。In the era of globalization and informationization background,promoting education equity and teaching quality has become the issue of common concern to all countries in the world.With the rise of Massive Open Online courses(MOOCs),the education landscape is undergoing unprecedented change.As an important platform for international cooperation in education,the cooperation between China and Russia has become increasingly close in the fi eld of higher education,especially in exploring the application of MOOCs,which has opened up a new path for promoting educational equity and teaching quality.The educational cooperation between Chinese and Russian universities by MOOCs should be based on the current most advanced technology,and take teaching reform of teachers and cultivate students’innovative ability through the innovative design of teaching contents with appropriate methods and evaluation.
