摘　　要：在新型基础测绘和实景三维中国建设中,测绘地理信息档案不可或缺,测绘地理信息档案数字化是测绘档案信息的源头,已经超过了简单的档案整理和信息保存,成为新型基础测绘建设的重要一环。结合国家加快推进新型基础测绘体系建设的需求,提出了对新时期测绘地理信息档案数字化的新认识,给出了新思路,并进行了实践。建设方案有助于提高测绘地理信息档案的服务能力。In the construction of new fundamental surveying and mapping and 3D real scene China,surveying and mapping geographical information archives are indispensable.Digitization of surveying and mapping geographical information archives is the source of surveying and mapping archive information,which has surpassed simple archive organization and information preservation.Now it become an important part of new fundamental surveying and mapping construction.Combines the needs to accelerate the construction of new fundamental surveying and mapping system,this article proposes a new understanding of the digitization of surveying and mapping geographical information archives,provides new ideas,and carries out practice.The construction plan will help improve the service capacity of the digitization of surveying and mapping geographical information archives.
