摘　　要：随着不动产登记工作的不断推进,不动产登记数据质量问题越发突出,各项工作对不动产登记数据质量要求也更加严格,如互联网+不动产、三维不动产和区块链等方面,因此需要不断提高不动产登记数据质量,以更好地服务不动产登记工作。本文结合不动产登记数据的特点,研究基于规则库的不动产登记数据质量检查方法,形成了一套从规则库建立到全类型不动产登记检查的数据质量控制流程,为不动产登记数据质量保障提供了参考,也为不动产登记工作的提升提供了有效的技术支撑和数据基础。With the continuous progress of real estate registration,the quality of real estate registration data has become increasingly prominent,and the requirements for the quality of real estate registration data have become increasingly strict,such as Internet plus,3D real estate and blockchain.Therefore,the quality of real estate registration data needs to be constantly improved to better serve the real estate registration work.This article aims to ensure more accurate real estate registration data and explores the quality control and inspection technology of real estate registration data based on rule libraries.It forms a data quality control process from rule library establishment to full type real estate registration inspection,providing reference for the quality assurance of real estate registration data and effective technical support and data foundation for the improvement of real estate registration work.
