摘  要:纸纤维是一种重要的水泥砂浆改性材料。为分析隧道工程初期支护基面找平透水性砂浆纸纤维改性的基本规律,将纸纤维按照不同的掺量加入砂浆中制备了一种改性透水性砂浆,对该透水性砂浆的体积密度、吸水率、抗压强度等进行分析。结果表明:与一般砂浆相比,在隧道工程初期支护基面找平施工环节应用的纸纤维改性透水性砂浆体积密度提升效果有限,但透水率、抗压强度等均具有显著优势,是一种较为理想的隧道工程初期支护基面找平透水性砂浆。Paper fiber is an important modified material of cement mortar.In order to analyze the basic law of paper fiber modification of the flattened pervious mortar on the foundation surface of tunnel engineering,a modified pervious mortar was prepared by adding paper fiber to the mortar according to different contents,and its volume density,water absorption and compressive strength were analyzed.The results show that compared with the general mortar,the paper fiber modified permeable mortar applied in the initial tunnel support foundation leveling construction is limited in volume density improvement,but has significant advantages in water permeability,compressive strength,etc.,it is a more ideal tunnel support foundation leveling permeable mortar.
