摘 要:在造纸生产中,实时、准确地检测到纸张缺陷的存在,并判断出纸张缺陷的类型,反溯病源,对提升纸张质量有重要意义。计算机图像处理技术具备速度快、精度高、非接触等优点,在纸张缺陷检测领域已得到广泛应用。基于此,分析了现有纸张缺陷检测与识别系统常用架构的优劣,提出了FPGA+PC机模式下的纸张缺陷智能化图像处理与识别系统架构设计方案,介绍了系统的硬件设计与软件设计,确定了纸张缺陷识别与分类的计算机图像处理算法,最后经过测试表明该纸张缺陷识别系统能够对纸张缺陷进行有效的识别和分类统计,满足检测需求。In paper production,real-time and accurate detection of the existence of paper defects,and judge the type of paper defects,reverse tracing of the source of the disease is of great significance for improving the quality and quality of paper.Computer image processing technology has the advantages of fast speed,high precision and non-contact,and has been widely used in the field of paper defect detection.Based on this,the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the common architecture of the existing paper defect detection and identification system,proposes the architecture design scheme of the intelligent paper defect image processing and identification system in FPGA+PC mode,introduces the hardware design and software design of the system,and determines the computer image processing algorithm of paper defect identification and classification.Finally,the test shows that the paper defect identification system can identify and classify paper defects well,and meet the detection requirements.
