摘 要:为实现针对纸张生产质量的实时监测,提出了一种基于特征选择方案的在线软测量系统。该系统搭载有纸张生产质量软测量模型。软测量模型以托辊瞬时流量、毛布排放泵出口流量、断尾纤维百分比等纸张生产实时数据为基础建立运行参数体系。为验证该模型的有效性,通过数值模拟的方式对模型精度进行测试,最后提出了整个系统的部署思路并以参数设置功能模块为例展示了该操作界面的设计效果。经试验研究发现,纸张生产质量检测系统各项精度测试指标较为理想,操作界面设计友好直观,具有一定的应用价值。In order to achieve real-time monitoring of paper production quality,this study proposes an online soft measurement system based on feature selection scheme,which is equipped with a paper production quality soft measurement model.The soft measurement model establishes an operating parameter system based on real-time data of paper production,such as instantaneous flow rate of the roller,discharge flow rate of the fabric discharge pump,and percentage of broken fibers.To verify the effectiveness of the model,the accuracy of the model was tested through numerical simulation.Finally,the deployment strategy of the entire system was proposed,and the design effect of the operation interface was demonstrated using the parameter setting function module as an example.Through experimental research,it has been found that the precision testing indicators of the paper production quality inspection system are relatively ideal,and the operation interface design is friendly and intuitive,which has certain application value.
