摘　　要：随着数字技术的快速发展,数字创新已被视为驱动数字经济发展的要核,同时也成为制造企业创新的新范式。研究如何提升企业数字创新质量对产业转型升级有着积极作用。因此,当前学界和业界纷纷将目光投向数字创新的关键内涵与实施过程研究中。基于此,以S企业为例,对其数字创新与能力重构过程机理进行深入分析,以供参考。With the rapid development of digital technology,digital innovation has been regarded as the core of driving the development of digital economy,and has also become a new paradigm of manufacturing enterprise innovation.Research on how to improve the quality of enterprise digital innovation has a positive effect on industrial transformation and upgrading,so the current academia and industry have focused on the key connotation and implementation process of digital innovation research.Taking S enterprise as an example,this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the process mechanism of digital innovation and capability reconstruction for reference.
