大麻浆和亚麻浆在全麻卷烟纸中的应用研究

摘　　要：通过打浆处理、抄片验证和生产实践等方式探讨了进口大麻浆、进口亚麻浆、国产大麻浆、国产亚麻浆的主要物理指标差异。研究表明:进口大麻浆相对国产大麻浆更难打浆,纤维分丝帚化程度高,纤维切断较少;进口亚麻与国产亚麻均较易打浆,纤维切断程度差异不明显;单独用进口大麻抄造的纸张透气度较其他几类麻浆更适用于卷烟纸,抗张强度和伸长率也明显高于其他几类麻浆。This paper discusses the differences of main physical indexes of imported hemp pulp,imported flax pulp,domestic hemp pulp and domestic flax pulp through beating treatment,sheet verification and production practice.The results show that the imported hemp pulp is more difficult to beat than the domestic hemp pulp,the degree of fiber separation and brooming is high,and the fiber cutting is less;Imported flax and domestic flax are easy to beat,and the difference of fiber cutting degree is not obvious;The permeability of paper made from imported hemp alone is more suitable for cigarette paper than other types of hemp pulp,and the tensile strength and elongation are also significantly higher than other types of hemp pulp.
