摘　　要：重载荷机动车发动机所使用的滤清器滤纸会在很大程度上影响发动机的使用状态、使用寿命。以某型号重载荷机动车发动机为例,制备了一种该发动机专用的新型高档滤清器滤纸。该滤纸的主要成分为阔叶木浆和针叶木浆,通过涂布浸润树脂达到增强、增韧的效果。对该滤清器滤纸的综合性能进行分析,结果表明:丝光化木浆纤维素原料占比为40%~80%,树脂量在10%~20%,成品含水量8%左右时,滤纸的耐破度、过滤性能等较为理想。The filter paper used by the heavy load motor vehicle engine will greatly affect the service state and service life of the engine.Taking a heavy load motor vehicle engine as an example,a new type of high-grade filter paper for the engine was prepared.The main components of the filter paper were hardwood pulp and coniferous wood pulp,and the effect of strengthening and toughening was achieved by coating with infiltrating resin.The comprehensive properties of the filter paper were analyzed.The results showed that when the ratio of cellulose raw material of the mercerized wood pulp was 40%~80%,the resin content was 10%~20%,and the water content of the finished product was about 8%,the break resistance and filtration performance of the filter paper were ideal.
