摘 要:EVA是一种极为常见的篮球鞋中底材料,具有质量轻、减震性强、舒适度适中等优点。为解决一般EVA材料难降解、环保性差等问题,以汉麻秆植物纤维和EVA材料等为基体制备了一种新型植物纤维中底篮球鞋,对穿着该篮球鞋模拟篮球跳跃动作时运动员的部分下肢生物力学特征参数进行获取。结果表明:与传统篮球鞋相比,这种植物纤维中底材料篮球鞋质量适中、减震性佳且具有更好的环保性,可以在一定程度上取代传统的篮球鞋中底材料。EVA is a very common basketball shoe sole material,with light weight,strong shock absorption,moderate comfort and other advantages.In order to solve the problems of difficult degradation and poor environmental protection of ordinary EVA materials,a new type of plant fiber midsole basketball shoes was prepared using hemp stalk plant fiber and EVA material as matrix,and some of the lower limb biomechanical characteristic parameters were obtained when wearing the basketball shoes to simulate basketball jumping.The results show that compared with traditional basketball shoes,this kind of plant fiber midsole material has moderate quality,good shock absorption and better environmental protection,and can replace the traditional basketball shoe midsole material to a certain extent.
