造纸企业高质量发展面临的困境及发展策略研究

摘　　要：造纸业与国民经济和社会事业发展关系密切,其健康和高质量发展对推动我国经济稳定增长、产业转型升级具有重要积极意义。然而,长期以来,我国造纸业存在环境污染严重、创新能力不足、市场竞争激烈等问题。基于此,分析了我国轻工产业的基本发展格局,提炼了绿色制造、高端制造、智能制造、产业集群等造纸企业高质量发展的战略方向,凝练了企业高质量发展亟待破解的关键问题。建议造纸企业以技术创新驱动产业升级;坚持“林浆纸”一体化战略,提升盈利能力;推进5G与造纸业融合运用,强化国际领先优势;优化出口贸易结构,扩大贸易竞争优势等,以全力推进造纸业的高质量发展。The paper industry is closely related to the national economy and social development,and its healthy and high-quality development has positive significance in promoting the steady growth of China's economy and industrial transformation and upgrading.However,for a long time,China's paper industry has serious environmental pollution,lack of innovation ability,fierce market competition and other problems.Based on this,the basic development pattern of China's light industry is analyzed,and the strategic direction of high-quality development of paper enterprises such as green manufacturing,high-end manufacturing,intelligent manufacturing,and industrial clusters is refined,and the key issues that need to be solved for high-quality development of enterprises are condensed.It is suggested that papermaking enterprises should drive industrial upgrading with technological innovation;Adhere to the integration strategy of"forest,pulp and paper"to improve profitability;Promote the integration of 5G and paper industry,and strengthen the international leading edge;Optimize the export trade structure,expand trade competitive advantages,etc.,in order to fully promote the high-quality development of paper industry.
