摘 要:明胶是一种动物源生物质原料,具有生物相容性和可生物降解性等优点。在当前可持续发展理念下,采用明胶替代化石原料以制备各种功能材料已经引起了人们的广泛关注。本文以明胶、结晶氯化铝、丙三醇和丙烯酸为原料制备了一种明胶基双网络水凝胶,研究了Al^(3+)对水凝胶机械性能的影响,并将其应用于信息加密和柔性传感中。结果表明,Al^(3+)能明显影响水凝胶的机械强度,当Al^(3+)含量为2 mmol时,水凝胶的断裂强度和断裂应变分别提升到370 kPa和1080%。另外,该水凝胶在紫外光照射下能发射蓝色荧光,并能对人体运动作出精确的电信号响应,使得其在信息加密和柔性传感领域展现出广阔的应用前景。Gelatin is an animal-derived biomass raw material with the advantages of biocompatibility and biode-gradability.Under the concept of sustainable development,there has been a widespread interest in the application of gelatin to replace fossil raw materials for preparing a variety of functional materials.In this paper,a gelatin based double network hydrogel was prepared from gelatin,crystalline aluminum chloride,glycerin and acrylic acid.The in-fluence of Al^(3+)on the mechanical properties of hydrogel was studied,and it was applied to information encryption and flexible sensing.The results shows that Al^(3+)can significantly affect the mechanical strength of the hydrogel.When the content of Al^(3+)is 2 mmol,the fracture strength and fracture strain of the hydrogel are 370 kPa and 1080%,respec-tively.In addition,the hydrogel can emit blue fluorescence under ultraviolet light irradiation and can respond to human motion with precise electrical signals,which makes it also shows a broad application prospect in information en-cryption and flexible sensing.
