摘 要:以10位具有一定慢跑经验的男性长跑爱好者为研究对象,以跟掌落差分别为0、5、10、15 mm的慢跑鞋为测试用鞋,借助红外高速运动捕捉系统对研究对象开展慢跑时的下肢关节负荷进行获取,借助Cortex软件对获取数据对比情况进行分析。结果表明,当跑鞋跟掌落差为0 mm时,慢跑鞋对研究对象下肢关节出现运动损伤的风险性最低;当跑鞋跟掌落差为10 mm时,研究对象的慢跑水平最高。Ten male long-distance running enthusiasts with certain jogging experience were taken as the research objects,and jogging shoes with heel drop difference of 0 mm,5 mm,10 mm and 15 mm were taken as testing shoes.The infrared high-speed motion capture system was used to obtain the joint load of lower limbs of the research subjects during jogging,and the comparison of obtained data was analyzed with the aid of Cortex software.The results show that when the heel drop of running shoes is 0 mm,the running shoes have the lowest risk of injury to the lower limb joints.When the heel drop is 10 mm,the jogging level of the study subjects is the highest.
