体育服饰用合成革的水性聚氨酯涂层制备及其性能研究

摘　　要：合成革热湿传递特性是保障体育服饰舒适性的关键要素,而涂层是影响合成革防水透湿性的重要因素。因此,为优化体育服饰用合成革应用性能,本文改性制备了合成革的水性聚氨酯涂层,并对其卫生性能进行了测试表征。结果发现,随着烷基硅油用量增加,合成革的水性聚氨酯涂层吸水率先降后升,而接触角先增大后减小,掺入烷基硅油可有效提高涂层耐水性,增大涂层接触角。当用量为6 g时,涂层耐水性能、疏水性能最佳;随着烷基硅油用量增加,水性聚氨酯涂层合成革的静水压增大,硬挺度先减后增,耐洗次数增多,且断裂强力增大,折皱回复角变大,透湿量增加,表明烷基硅油可改善涂层合成革应用性能。The heat and moisture transfer characteristics of synthetic leather are key factors in ensuring the comfort of sports apparel,and the coating is an important factor affecting the waterproof and moisture permeability of synthetic leather.Therefore,in order to optimize the application performance of synthetic leather for sports apparel,this paper modified and prepared a waterborne polyurethane coating for synthetic leather,and tested its hygiene performance.The results shows that as the amount of alkyl silicone oil increasing,the water absorption of the waterborne polyure-thane coating on synthetic leather first decreases and then increases,while the contact angle first increases and then decreases,and the addition of alkyl silicone oil can effectively improve the water resistance of the coating and increase the contact angle,when the amount is 6 g,the water resistance and hydrophobicity of the coating are the best.As the amount of alkyl silicone oil increases,the static water pressure of waterborne polyurethane coated synthetic leather in-creases,the stiffness first decreases and then increases,the number of washes increases,and the breaking strength in-creases,the wrinkle recovery angle increases,and the moisture permeability increases,this indicates that alkyl sili-cone oil can improve the application performance of coated synthetic leather.
