摘　　要：为提高汽车内饰豪华舒适感与科技体验感,本文将两者相结合,提出了一种可透光的软质PVC革材料。阐述了PVC透光革与氛围灯相结合在汽车内饰中的应用场景,介绍了PVC透光革涂层结构及生产工艺,分析探究了PVC透光革配方、层结构及工艺参数等对产品透光性能的影响,确定了影响产品透光性能的主要因素,并以常规PVC革的测试规范为基准,测试了PVC透光革的基本物性,确保产品在汽车内饰中的应用。In order to enhance the luxurious comfort and technological experience in automotive interiors,this pa-per combined the two,a transparent soft PVC leather material was proposed.Firstly,the application of the combina-tion of PVC transparent leather and ambient lighting in automotive interiors were elaborated.Then,the layer structure and production process of PVC transparent soft leather were introduced,and the effects of PVC transparent leather for-mula,layer structure,and process parameters on the product's transparent performance were studied and explored.The main factors affecting the transparent performance were determined.Finally,based on the common testing specifi-cations of PVC leather,the basic physical properties of PVC transparent soft leather were tested to ensure that the product can be applied in automotive interiors.
