摘 要:针对原山西“西电东送”通道调整中500 kV点对网调整方案存在通道利用率低、配套电厂窝电的问题,在更换紧凑型导线、加装串补装置措施的基础上,提出优化电源配置的方案,从送电功能发挥、配套电厂窝电程度、工程实施难度和优化山西东南部网架等方面对该方案进行分析,并与原方案比较,认为该方案更能满足山西电网外送需求,为京津冀负荷发展创造条件。In view of the problems of low channel utilization rate and low power supply of supporting power plants in the original 500 kV point-to-network adjustment scheme of Shanxi"West-east power transmission"channel adjustment,an optimization scheme for power supply configuration is proposed based on the elimination of measures such as replacing compact wires and installing series compensation.This scheme is analyzed from the aspects of the power transmission function,the degree of power generation in supporting power schemes,the difficulty of project implementation,and the optimization of the network structure in southeastern Shanxi.Compared with the original scheme,it is believed that this scheme can better meet the external transmission needs of Shanxi power grid and create conditions for the development of load in Beijing Tianjin Hebei.
