摘 要:站用直流电源充电装置用于直流负荷供电和蓄电池充电,其功率器件长期运行后易发生开路或短路故障。为解决功率器件故障辨识难的问题,结合前级Boost升压和后级LLC谐振变换双级拓扑电路结构,分析了Boost升压电路功率管开路故障特征,搭建了LLC功率管故障电热耦合物理仿真模型,通过Simulink/Plecs联合仿真对比给出了功率管故障前后电流、电压和结温曲线变化规律,提出基于电热应力异常的充电模块功率管故障综合诊断策略。通过试验验证,认为故障诊断策略可实现充电装置功率器件故障的准确辨识和异常及时预警。The station DC power supply charging device is used to supply power for the DC load and charge the battery,and the power device is prone to open circuit or short circuit fault after long-term operation.To solve the problem of difficult fault identification of power devices,the open circuit fault characteristics of Boost circuit power tube were analyzed by combining the two-stage topology of boost boost circuit and LLC resonant transformation,and the electrothermal coupling physical simulation model of LLC power tube fault was established.The variation pattern of current,voltage and junction temperature curve before and after power tube failure is analyzed by Simulink/Plecs joint simulation.The fault diagnosis strategy of charging module power tube based on abnormal electrothermal stress was designed.Test verification shows that the fault diagnostic strategy can realize the accurate identification of power device fault and the timely warning of abnormalities.
