摘  要:针对特高压柔性直流换流站中模块化多电平换流器(modular multilevel converter,MMC)子模块电容电压均衡控制策略中存在模块反复投切、电压波动较大等问题,本文围绕分数阶超级电容换流器传输功率与不传输功率两种运行情况进行研究。按照MMC子模块电容电压低于及高于参考设定电压分别进行研究,建立了MMC子模块数学模型,提出了电容电压双闭环控制策略。通过Simulink搭建子模块电容电压均衡控制仿真模型,验证了本文方法对子模块电容电压均衡控制的有效性。To address the issues of repeated module switching and significant voltage fluctuations in the capacitor voltage balancing control strategy of MMC submodules in ultra-high voltage flexible DC converter stations,this paper investigates the operation of fractional-order supercapacitors,with a focus on both the transmission and non-transmission power of the converter.A mathematical model of the MMC submodule was established based on the study of capacitor voltage below and above the reference waveform voltage.A dual closed-loop control strategy for capacitor voltage was proposed.The effectiveness and feasibility of this method in voltage balancing control of submodules in ultra-high voltage flexible DC converter stations were verified by constructing a simulation model using Simulink.
