SO_(2)-H_(2)O体系中锌电解阳极泥还原浸出锰的研究

摘  要:锌电解阳极泥中含有大量的锰,目前企业常用的处理方法为返回浸出工序再利用,但该法会导致系统溶液中锰离子浓度偏高,影响电解。本研究利用SO_(2)还原特性,探究了锌电解阳极泥在SO_(2)-H2O体系中锰的还原浸出行为,并考察了工艺条件对锰浸出率及钾、钙溶出率的影响。结果表明,在初始酸度0 g/L、液固比4.0、SO_(2)用量3.5 mol、反应温度40℃、反应时间1.5 h、搅拌转速400 r/min的条件下,Mn浸出率达到99.7%,钾、钙的溶出率分别为89.7%、28.6%,富锰液中钾、钙等杂质通过化学沉淀法除去后可用于制备工业级硫酸锰;浸出渣的主要化学成分为铅37.79%、银1480 g/t、锶12.49%和硅6.07%,分别以PbSO_(4)、SrSO_(4)和SiO_(2)等形式存在,后续可通过火法工艺还原挥发渣中铅、银和锶至烟尘中,再进一步分离。本文处理锌电解阳极泥的方法实现了锰的高效浸出回收,避免了锰返回浸出工序造成电解系统锰离子浓度过高影响生产的问题,同时实现了浸出渣中有价金属元素铅、银、锶的富集,富集倍数约为9,提高了浸出渣的附加值。Zinc electrolysis anode slime contains a large amount of manganese.At present,the commonly treatment method in enterprises is to return to the leaching process for reuse,but this method will lead to a high concentration of manganese ions in the system solution,which will affect electrolysis.In this study,the reduction leaching behavior of manganese in zinc electrolytic anode slime in SO_(2)-H2 O system was investigated by using the reduction characteristics of SO_(2),and the effects of process conditions on the leaching rate of manganese and the dissolution rate of potassium and calcium were investigated.The results show that under the conditions of initial acidity of 0 g/L,liquid⁃solid ratio of 4.0,SO_(2)dosage of 3.5 mol,reaction temperature of 40℃,reaction time of 1.5 h and stirring speed of 400 r/min,the leaching rate of Mn reaches 99.7%,and the dissolution rates of K and Ca are 89.7%and 28.6%,respectively.The impurities such as K and Ca in the manganese⁃rich solution can be removed by chemical precipitation method and used to prepare industrial grade manganese sulfate.The main chemical components of the leaching residue are Pb 37.79%,Ag 1480 g/t,Sr 12.49%and Si 6.07%,which exist in the forms of PbSO_(4),SrSO_(4)and SiO_(2),respectively.Pb,Ag and Sr in the volatile residue can be reduced to dust by pyrometallurgical process,and then further separated.The method avoids the problem that the concentration of manganese ions in the electrolytic system is too high,and realizes the enrichment of valuable metal elements lead,silver and strontium in the leaching residue.The enrichment factor is about 9,which improves the added value of the leaching residue.
