摘　　要：科技创新是产业发展的源泉,科技金融又是创新发展的重要推动力,就目前而言,科技型企业培育是广东省产业发展突破的核心关键。本文以广东肇庆市科技型企业为研究对象,通过分析当地科技型企业在传统融资方面面临的具体问题及原因,总结案例成功的经验,提出基于数字金融背景下优化科技型企业融资的具体路径,从而帮助企业破解融资难题,促进其科技创新成果的转化,实现可持续增长。Technological innovation is the source of industrial development,and technology finance is a crucial driving force for innovation.Currently,nurturing technology-based enterprises is key to the breakthrough of industrial development in Guangdong Province.This paper focuses on technology-based enterprises in Zhaoqing City,Guangdong,analyzing the specifi c challenges and reasons they face in traditional fi nancing.By summarizing successful case experiences,the study proposes specific paths to optimize the financing of technology-based enterprises under the background of digital finance.The aim is to help these enterprises overcome financing difficulties,promote the transformation of their technological innovation achievements,and achieve sustainable growth.
