摘　　要：科技金融作为科技创新和金融创新融合发展的产物,对促进实体经济高质量发展起到了重要作用。为了研究科技金融和技术创新对京津冀地区经济增长的影响,并探究技术创新与经济增长之间是否存在非线性关系,本文选取京津冀三地2000—2021年的面板数据,采用门槛回归方法进行了分析。研究结果表明,科技创新对该地区经济增长的影响在不同科技金融水平下存在差异。具体而言,北京已超越了科技金融的门槛水平,当前阶段,其技术创新对经济增长的影响已显现递减趋势;天津和河北省的科技金融发展水平尚显滞后,未达到促进经济增长的门槛水平。本文建议,北京市政府应适度调控科技金融规模的继续增长,同时加大天津和河北省的科技金融投入力度,以加快京津冀地区的经济协同发展。Technology fi nance,as a product of the integration of technological innovation and fi nancial innovation,plays an important role in promoting the high-quality development of the real economy.To study the impact of technology fi nance and technological innovation on economic growth in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei(Jing-Jin-Ji)region,and to explore whether there is a nonlinear relationship between technological innovation and economic growth,this paper selects panel data from the three areas from 2000 to 2021 and employs the threshold regression method for analysis.The results show that the impact of technological innovation on economic growth in the region varies at different levels of technology fi nance.Specifi cally,Beijing has surpassed the threshold level of technology fi nance,and at the current stage,the impact of its technological innovation on economic growth has shown a diminishing trend.In contrast,the levels of technology fi nance development in Tianjin and Hebei are still lagging behind and have not reached the threshold level to promote economic growth.This paper suggests that the Beijing municipal government should moderately regulate the continued growth of technology fi nance while increasing investment in technology fi nance in Tianjin and Hebei to accelerate the coordinated economic development of the Jing-Jin-Ji region.
