摘　　要：河道由于长期运行使用,受冲刷容易产生淤积,使水位抬高,有可能加剧洪水灾害,威胁到河道的安全。因此,需要根据河道实际情况开展河道治理工程,以减轻河道汛期产生的渗漏滑坡险情,维护河道的安全。基于此,文章以柘城县惠济河盆尧村段工程现状和存在的问题,对河道治理工程中堤防、防汛道路等工程进行设计。工程的实施,不但能提高惠济河盆尧村段河道行洪能力,还能改善该流域水生态环境,提升人民群众居住环境。After a long time operation,the river is prone to siltation due to erosion,causing water levels to rise,aggravating flood disasters,and posing a threat to the safety of the river.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out river regulation based on the actual situation of the river,to reduce the risk of leakage and landslide hazard during the flood season and maintain the safety of the river.In the paper the design of dikes and flood control road of Huiji River Penyao Village section regulation project and is discussed.The implementation of Huiji River Regulation Project could not only improve the flood carrying capacity of Huiji River Penyao Village section,but also improve the water ecological environment,and enhance the people's living environment.
