摘　　要：在智慧水利建设的背景下,依托河南省水利数字化改革建设成果,白沙水库围绕防洪调度、水资源管理与调配、大坝安全监测、库区管理等核心业务,构建以全要素数据底板为基础,模型库、知识库为支撑,多项智能应用赋能的矩阵管理平台。矩阵建设致力于提升水库管理水平和综合效益发挥,为淮河流域生态保护和高质量发展提供有力支撑和强力驱动。In the context of intelligent water conservancy construction,based on the achievements of digital water conservancy reform and construction in Henan,Baisha Reservoir has built a matrix management platform for flood-control regulation,water resource management and allocation,dam safety monitoring,and reservoir area management,that is a full element data base,supported by model library and knowledge base,and empowered by multiple intelligent applications.The matrix construction is aimed to improve the management efficiency and comprehensive benefits of the reservoir,and provide powerful support and driving force for ecological protection and high-quality development in the Huaihe River Basin.
