摘　　要：文章简要概述了全过程工程咨询的含义、特点和咨询服务内容。结合项目工程难点,从招标咨询、质量控制咨询、进度控制咨询、造价控制咨询等方面,系统总结了全过程工程咨询模式在某大型灌区续建配套与现代化改造工程实施阶段的应用实践,详细介绍了全过程工程咨询服务模式在此水利工程建设项目中的做法和经验。根据实践过程,提出了一些意见和建议,为类似工程建设项目实施全过程工程咨询服务提供有效借鉴。In the paper,the implication and characteristics of whole process engineering consultation,and the content of consulting service are discussed.The application practice of whole process engineering consultation in large irrigation district construction and modernization project is summarized,including bidding consultation,quality control consultation,progress control consultation,and cost control consultation,etc.,and the practical implementation and experiences of whole process engineering consultation in the irrigation district construction and modernization project are introduced.Specific ideas and proposals for practical application are provided,that could be used for reference to implementation of whole process engineering consultation in similar engineering construction.
