河南省水利产业投资基金设立经验探讨

摘　　要：近年来,水利行业面临着工程建设任务重、投资需求大、但财政资金保障能力不足的矛盾,因此亟须拓宽市场化融资渠道。作为河南主要的省级水利投融资主体,河南水投集团积极探索设立水利产业投资基金,引导社会资本参与,以解决水利项目资金短缺问题,更好地为推进河南省水利事业高质量发展服务。文章主要分析了河南省水利产业投资基金成功设立的做法经验,并提出相关建议,以期为水利行业产业基金发展提供参考。In recent years,the water conservancy industry has faced the contradiction of heavy engineering construction tasks and high investment demand,but insufficient financial support capacity.Therefore,it is urgent to expand market-oriented financing channels.As a major provincial-level water conservancy investment and financing entity in Henan,Henan Water Conservancy Investment Group positively explores the establishment of a water conservancy industry investment fund,attracting social capital to participate in,so as to solve the problem of funding shortage in water conservancy projects and better serve the high-quality development of water conservancy in Henan Province.This article mainly analyzes the experience of successful establishment of Henan Province Water Conservancy Industry Investment Fund,and puts forward relevant suggestions to provide reference for the development of industry funds in the water conservancy industry.
