经折装古籍科学修复初探——以《佛说当来弥勒出细宝卷》为例

摘　　要：经折装是应用普遍且长期流行的中国传统古籍装帧形式,承载着重要的文化遗产和历史记忆。其形制高贵古雅,蕴含着丰富的文化内涵,但同时也面临书口和接缝易破损断裂、书口难折齐以及对手工操作精细化程度要求高等保护修复难题。本文以经折装古籍《佛说当来弥勒出细宝卷》为例,系统介绍了经折装古籍科学修复探索与实践的过程,包括古籍基本信息与价值判断、保存现状评估、科学检测与分析、修复方案制定与风险评估、修复实施、效果评价与分析及修复档案制作,提出了关于古籍科学修复的相关思考,以期为同行开展经折装古籍修复提供参考,为中华古籍保护与传承提供助力。Accordion-fold binding is a widely used and long-popular traditional Chinese bookbinding form,carrying significant cultural heritage and historical memory.Its elegant and ancient style embodies rich cultural connotations.However,it also faces several preservation and restoration challenges,such as the susceptibility of the folded pages to damage and tearing,the difficulty in aligning the edges,and the high level of precision required in the manual restoration process.This paper takes the accordion-fold ancient book“Foshuo Danglai Mile Chuxi Baojuan”as a case study to systematically introduce the exploration and practice of scientific restoration of accordion-fold ancient books.The process includes providing basic information and value assessment of the ancient book,evaluating its preservation status,conducting scientific testing and analysis,formulating and assessing the risks of the restoration plan,implementing the restoration,evaluating and analyzing the restoration results,and creating restoration archives.This paper also offers reflections on the scientific restoration of ancient books,aiming to provide a reference for peers engaged in the restoration of accordion-fold ancient books and to contribute to the protection and transmission of Chinese ancient books.
