摘 要:以单侯煤矿井底煤仓修复实例为工程背景,针对老旧煤仓支护结构损坏、仓壁围岩大面积垮落,以及煤仓无法发挥其储存、转运原煤功能等问题,拟定采用钢筋混凝土沿损坏断面支护配合仓壁后注浆快速修复煤仓技术;现场实施后,有效地提升了老旧煤仓的容积,延长了煤仓的服务年限,降低了煤仓仓壁和仓底的损坏修复频率,提高了井下原煤的转运能力,确保了矿井的安全高效生产。Taking the example of repairing the bottom hole coal bin of Shanhou Colliery as the engineering background,in response to the problems of damage to the support structure of the old coal bin,large-scale collapse of the surrounding rock of the silo wall,and the inability of the coal bin to fully utilize its storage and transportation functions for raw coal,this article proposes to use reinforced concrete along the damaged section support combined with grouting technology to quickly repair the coal bin,whose on-site implementation effectively increases the capacity of the old coal bin,extends the service life of the bin,reduces the frequency of damage repair to the silo wall and bottom,improves the transportation capacity of raw coal underground and ensures the safe and efficient production of the mine.
