摘  要:针对5-405工作面煤层顶板坚硬,极易形成大面积悬顶、采空区遗煤自燃等事故隐患的状况,晋北煤矿进行了双向聚能预裂爆破强制放顶技术研究与试验。现场试验结果表明:连孔双向聚能预裂爆破的应力波和爆生气体作用时间为0.5~0.7 ms,远大于单孔预裂爆破,更有利于预裂方向的爆破成缝,不仅预裂成缝快,还能保护非预裂方向孔壁的完整性,预裂效果更好。采用该技术对5-405切眼坚硬顶板强制放顶,大幅度降低了大面积悬顶的可能性,有效减小采空区漏风及遗煤自燃,达到安全回采的目的。In response to the situation where the roof of the coal seam in the 5-405 working face of Jinbei Colliery is hard and prone to accidents such as large-scale hanging roof and spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf,this paper studies and tests the bidirectional connect energy presplitting explosion top-collapsing technology.The on-site test results show that the stress wave and explosive gas action time of the bidirectional connect energy presplitting explosion with continuous holes is 0.5~0.7 ms,which is much larger than that of single hole presplitting explosion and more conducive to the formation of cracks in the presplitting direction.Not only is the presplitting process faster,but it can also protect the integrity of the no presplitting direction hole wall,significantly reduces the possibility of large-scale hanging roof in the 5-405 cut,effectively reduces air leakage and spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the goaf,and achieves the goal of safe mining.
