摘  要:马脊梁矿8125工作面过F57逆断层时,出现煤壁破碎严重、端面距加大、围岩控制难度大等问题,因此针对工作面采用“旋转回采+仰斜回采+松动爆破破岩”联合回采工艺,在断层破碎带破顶煤期间采用“柔性注浆加固+超前管棚+JW型锚索梁”联合支护方式。现场应用效果表明:回采工艺优化后可增加煤炭回收量达0.87万t,减少采煤机破岩量为2475 m^(3),采取联合支护后控制了断层破碎带煤顶失稳现象,煤壁片帮深度减小至0.4 m,端面距缩短至0.3 m以下,未出现顶板冒漏、破碎现象,取得了显著成效。To solve the problems of severe coal wall breakage,increased end face distance,and difficulty in controlling surrounding rock in the 8125 working face of Majiliang Colliery,the author proposes to adopt a combined mining process of"rotating mining,rise mining and loose blasting rock breaking"in the working face,a combined support of"flexible grouting reinforcement,advanced pipe shed and JW type anchor beam"in the fault fracture zone,which can increase the coal recovery amount to 8700 tons,reduce the rock breaking amount of the shearer to 2475 cubic meters,control the instability of the coal roof in the fault fracture zone,reducing the depth of rib spalling to 0.4 meters,shortening the distance between the end faces below 0.3 meters,with no roof leakage or fragmentation phenomenon.
