水力切割机在综放工作面老塘管理中的应用

摘　　要：王坡煤矿综放工作面上下端头采用超前支架进行超前支护,但在工作面回采前移过程中,不可避免地会破坏顶板锚索结构。使用风动退锚器,必须由作业人员将开花或者弯曲的锚索剪掉,再进行退锚作业,造成作业人员劳动强度大、作业效率低。而水力切割机在综放工作面上下端头的应用,大大提高了切割锚索的作业效率,对实现矿井安全高效生产具有重要现实意义。In response to the problem of damage to the roof anchor cable structure of Wangpo Colliery's fully mechanized caving face,the author proposes the application of hydraulic cutter at the upper and lower ends of the fully mechanized caving face,which greatly improves the efficiency of cutting anchor cables and has important practical significance for achieving safe and efficient production in the mine.
