摘 要:基于塔山煤矿一盘区西翼8124工作面机头硐室施工断面大、施工条件复杂、施工效率差以及支护难度大等技术难题,通过技术论证,决定对施工工艺进行改进,即采用整体一次性掘进工艺;同时对机头硐室顶板变坡区采用“超前管棚注浆+JW型梁锚索棚+组合锚索”联合支护技术措施。改进后的施工工艺经施工实践表明,该机头硐室施工周期缩短了3 d,且有效控制了变坡短巷道顶板破碎及冒漏,应用取得了显著成效。To solve the technical problems of large construction section,complex construction conditions,poor construction efficiency,and difficult support in the head chamber of the 8124 working face in the west wing of Tashan Colliery,the author proposes to improve the construction technology by adopting the overall one-time excavation process,and the combined support technology of"advanced pipe shed grouting,JW type beam anchor shed and combined anchor cable"for knick point of the head chamber roof,whose construction practice achieves significant results,shortening the construction period of head chamber by 3 days and effective controlling the fragmentation and leakage of the roof of knick point roadway.
