摘 要:为实现井下瓦斯高效治理、降低瓦斯涌出对煤炭回采影响,通过实践、摸索,王家岭煤矿形成了地面中石油煤层气井超前预抽、井下瓦斯联合抽采的立体瓦斯治理模式。以18109综放工作面瓦斯治理为工程研究背景,对采面回采巷道掘进采用的超前预抽、边掘边抽方式进行分析,具体在18109综放工作面已掘进的回风顺槽内采用ZYL-17000D型钻机施工预抽千米长钻孔及千米短钻孔(用以覆盖千米长钻孔空白区)实现胶带顺槽掘进区域瓦斯预抽,同时在巷道内施工与巷道平行的千米长钻孔,实现掘进区域前方煤体超前预抽;工作面圈定及回采期间通过本煤层钻孔预抽、φ203 mm高位定向钻孔、采空区埋管(φ325 mm瓦斯抽采管路)方式瓦斯治理。工程应用后,18109综放工作面回采巷道掘进期间回风流中瓦斯浓度始终在0.3%以内,采面回采期间回风流、回风隅角内瓦斯浓度始终在0.6%以内,实现了高瓦斯矿井厚煤层综放工作面瓦斯有效治理。To realized the high-efficiency underground gas control and reduce the influence of gas emission on coal mining,the author proposes the three-dimensional gas control technology by combined drainage with advanced pre-drainage in surface and underground gas drainage in coalbed methane well at 18109 fully-mechanized caving face in Wangjialing Colliery,in which gas pre-drainage with kilometer long borehole and short borehole is implemented by ZYL-17000-typed drilling machine in tunneled belt crossheading tunneling area and with kilometer long borehole parallel to roadway in anterior coal body of tunneling area;gas control is implemented through borehole pre-drainage in coalbed,203 mm high-level directional drilling andφ325 mm buried piped in goaf,keeping the gas concentration of return current with 0.3%during gateway tunneling and return current and return airway corner within 0.6%during stoping,and realizing the effective gas control at fully-mechanized caving face with thick coal seam in high-gas mine.
