摘 要:针对湖南省关闭矿山矿涌水污染的问题,对矿井涌水污染的现状、危害以及分布情况进行了分析,探讨了关闭矿山环境污染治理所面临的挑战和困境,并提出侧重源头治理的改进措施和建议,以期为后续关闭矿山矿井涌水污染治理提供有效参考。其中改进措施和建议包括完善法律法规、开展风险筛查、优化生产布局、提供研发支持、建立基金制度、构建联防联控、注重生态修复等方面。同时呼吁全社会共同参与,推动矿井涌水污染综合治理,为生态文明建设贡献力量。In view of the mine water inflow pollution in closed mines in Hunan Province,the paper probes into the challenges and dilemmas of environmental pollution control of closed mines by analysis of the the current situation,hazards and distribution of mine water inflow pollution,and puts forward improvement measures and suggestions focusing on source control from the aspects of improving laws and regulations,carrying out risk screening,optimizing production layout,providing development support,establishing a fund system,building joint prevention and control and focusing on ecological restoration,hoping to provide an effective reference for the subsequent control of mine water inflow pollution in closed mines and call on the whole society to participate in promoting the comprehensive treatment of mine water pollution and contributing to the construction of ecological civilization.
