Objective To study the application effect of multi-frequency vibration expectoration machine in preventing pulmonary infection in patients after transplantation. Methods 70 patients after transplantation from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research object, and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 35 patients in each group. The control group was given routine expectoration intervention, and the observation group was given multi-frequency vibration expectoration machine on this basis. The sputum output, respiratory index,alveolar-arterial oxygen pressure difference, clinical pulmonary infection score, sputum properties and pulmonary infection were compared between the two groups. Results The sputum output of the observation group was more than that of the control group at 3,5 and 7 days after intervention, while the respiratory index,alveolar-arterial oxygen pressure difference, clinical pulmonary infection score, positive rate of sputum culture and incidence of pulmonary infection were lower than those of the control group. Conclusion Multi-frequency vibration expectoration can promote the expectoration of patients after transplantation, improve their respiratory condition and effectively prevent postoperative pulmonary infection.
