摘　　要：目的探究关节镜病灶清理术在缓解老年KDOA患者疼痛及改善Lequesne指数中的应用效果.方法选取我院2021年5月-2023年5月期间收治的96例老年KDOA患者开展研究,按照不同治疗方式分组:接受常规保守治疗的患者为A组、接受关节镜病灶清理术治疗的患者为B组,每组各48例,对比疗效(优良率、疼痛症状及Lequesne指数)、治疗安全性.结果治疗后,B组优良率95.83%较A组的81.25%高(P<0.05);B组术后不同时间点VAS评分、Lequesne指数低于A组(P<0.05);B组不良反应发生率2.08%较A组的16.67%低(P<0.05).结论关节镜病灶清理术的临床疗效显著,且安全性高,利于减轻患者术后疼痛症状,促进关节功能的恢复,值得优选.Objective To explore the effect of arthroscopic lesion debridement on relieving pain and improving Lequesne in elderly KDOA patients the application effect in the index.Methods A total of 96 elderly KDOA patients admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected for the study.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods:group A receiving conventional conservative treatment and group B receiving arthroscopic lesion clearance surgery,with 48 patients in each group.The therapeutic effects(total clinical effective rate,pain symptoms,and Lequesne index)and treatment safety were compared.Results After treatment,the excellent and good rate of group B was 95.83%,which was higher than group A's 81.25%(P<0.05);the VAS score and Lequesne index of group B were lower than those of group A at different time points after surgery(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in group B was 2.08%lower than that in group A,which was 16.67%(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of arthroscopic lesion cleaning is significant,with high safety,which is beneficial for reducing postoperative pain symptoms and promoting joint function recovery.It is worth selecting.
