摘 要:目的分析直接数字化X线摄影(DR)技术在尘肺病诊断中的应用价值.方法选取我院2022年2月-2024年2月期间收治的疑似尘肺病患者84例作为研究对象,所有患者均需要采取DR和高千伏X线摄影技术(HKV)检查,对比两组的检查结果.结果两种检查方式的胸片质量比较,优片、良片DR检查分别为74例、8例,HKV检查分别为61例、14例,DR检查等级分布优于HKV检查(P<0.05);84例疑似尘肺病患者中,DR检查阳性共计67例,阳性率为79.76%(67/84),HKV检查阳性共计52例,阳性率为61.90%,DR检查高于HKV检查(P<0.05).胸片小阴影总体密度分布等级DR检查高于HKV检查(P<0.05).结论在尘肺病的诊断中,采用DR摄影技术有着确切价值,能够获取良好的胸片质量,为临床诊断提供有利依据,并且在小阴影密集度检出方面的优势明显,可有效防止漏诊和误诊发生,提高疾病诊断准确性.Objective To study and analyze the application value of direct digital radiography(DR)in the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis.Methods 84 cases of suspected pneumoconiosis patients admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects,all patients were required to take DR and high kV radiography(HKV)examination,and the examination results of the two groups were compared.Results The quality of the chest radiograph was compared between the two methods.74 cases of excellent radiograph and 8 cases of good radiograph were examined by DR,61 cases were examined by HKV,14 cases were examined by HKV,the distribution of DR Grade was better than that of HKV examination(P<0.05).Among the 84 suspected pneumoconiosis patients,67 cases were positive for DR(79.76%),and 52 cases were positive for HKV(61.90%),which was higher than that for HKV(P<0.05).The overall density distribution of small shadow in chest radiograph was higher in DR than in HKV(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis,the use of DR Photography technology has definite value,can obtain good chest film quality,provide favorable basis for clinical diagnosis,and has obvious advantages in the detection of small shadow density,which can effectively prevent the occurrence of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,and improve the accuracy of disease diagnosis.
