叠瓦式加压缠缚联合中药塌渍治疗深静脉血栓形成的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨应用叠瓦式加压缠缚联合中药塌渍治疗深静脉血栓形成的疗效.方法选取广西中医药大学第一附属医院周围血管外科收治的80例深静脉血栓形成患者,随机分为对照组与观察组(各40例).对照组应用中药塌渍;观察组在对照组的基础上,采用自粘性弹力绷带叠瓦式加压缠缚,并予以相应的护理.比较两组的临床疗效.结果观察组治疗有效率为95%,明显高于对照组的80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者临床见效时间及住院时间均比对照组更短,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后患肢腿围(大腿与小腿)缩小幅度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论运用叠瓦式加压缠缚联合中药塌渍治疗深静脉血栓形成,能提高临床疗效,促进患者快速康复,缩短患者住院时间,值得推广应用.Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of imbricate compression binding combined with Chinese medicine for deep vein thrombosis.Methods A total of 80 patients with deep vein thrombosis admitted to the peripheral Vascular surgery Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group and observation group(40 cases each).Control group was treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was imbricated with self-adhesive elastic bandage and given corresponding nursing care.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 95%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80%)(P<0.05).The clinical response time and hospital stay in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The reduction of leg circumference(thigh and calf)of the affected limb in the observation group was better than that in the control group after intervention,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of imbricate compression binding combined with Chinese medicine collapse in the treatment of deep vein thrombosis can improve the clinical effect,promote the rapid recovery of patients,shorten the hospital stay of patients,and is worthy of popularization and application.
