肌电生物反馈疗法结合运动再学习方案、阶段性护理干预对脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能恢复的影响效果分析

摘  要:目的分析在为脑卒中偏瘫患者实施干预的过程中肌电生物反馈疗法结合运动再学习方案、阶段性护理干预的应用对其运动功能恢复的影响.方法此次研究纳入患者的时间介于2022年1月-2023年12月之间,共选取天津市环湖医院收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者58例,患者的分组方法为随机数字表法,其中以肌电生物反馈疗法实施干预的29例患者作为对比组,在对比组患者基础上加用运动再学习方案与阶段性护理干预的29例患者作为实验组.结果两组患者干预前运动功能、神经功能、日常生活能力、步行功能和生活质量、自我护理能力均无显著差异,P>0.05.干预后实验组患者上述指标显著差别于对比组患者,P<0.05.结论对于脑卒中偏瘫患者来说,肌电生物反馈疗法结合运动再学习方案、阶段性护理干预是一种相对较为理想的干预方法,有助于患者的运动功能恢复以及预后改善,值得予以临床推广.Objective To analyze the effects of myoelectric biofeedback therapy combined with motor relearning program and phased nursing intervention on the recovery of motor function in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods The experimental study was included from January 2022 to December 2023,including 58 patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted to Tianjin Huanhu Hospital.The randomized number table method was selected for the patients in the grouping,and 29 patients with myoelectric biofeedback therapy were used as the comparison group.On the basis of comparison group,29 patients with exercise relearning program and staged nursing intervention were used as the experimental group.Results There were no significant differences in motor function,neurological function,daily living ability,walking function,quality of life and self-care ability between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the above indexes in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For stroke patients with hemiplegia,myoelectric biofeedback therapy combined with motor relearning program and phased nursing intervention is a relatively ideal intervention method,which is conducive to the recovery of motor function and prognosis improvement of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
